These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the okaoka platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 · Last Updated: 1 January 20261.1 These Terms apply to all games, features, promotions, and services offered by okaoka through the website okaoka.club and any related mobile or application-based interfaces ("Platform").
1.2 By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a bonus — you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.3 These Terms are available in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translations provided for convenience are non-binding; the English version prevails in case of conflict.
1.4 okaoka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for amendment procedures.
2.1 To be eligible to use the okaoka Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 okaoka is operated in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gambling in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that PAGCOR may require okaoka to verify your identity, age, source of funds, and other relevant information at any time.
2.3 okaoka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Age and identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on okaoka, you must create a single registered account ("Account"). Registration is free. You may not create more than one Account per person. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of all balances, and possible permanent ban.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

3.5 Acceptable forms of government-issued Philippine identification for account verification purposes include:
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
4.2 okaoka will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify okaoka immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat. okaoka will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 All transactions made from your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified okaoka of a security breach prior to such transactions. okaoka may, at its sole discretion, suspend or freeze an Account if suspicious activity is detected.
5.1 okaoka accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5.3 okaoka does not charge deposit fees on the methods listed above; however, your payment service provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, for which okaoka accepts no responsibility.
5.4 All deposits are final once credited to your Account. okaoka will not reverse a deposit to your payment method unless required by applicable law or regulation, or in the event of a verified system error.
5.5 You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time subject to the following conditions:
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all methods unless otherwise specified on the Platform's Cashier page. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.3 okaoka reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding thresholds determined at okaoka's discretion. Failure to provide required documents within 72 hours of the request may result in withdrawal cancellation.
6.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
7.1 okaoka may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published on the Promotions page of the Platform.
7.2 Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
7.4 okaoka's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final. Where a dispute arises regarding bonus eligibility or application, okaoka will review the matter in good faith and communicate its decision to the Player within 5 business days.
8.1 All games on the okaoka Platform operate in accordance with the rules published for each individual game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before wagering.
8.2 All slot games and Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on okaoka use certified RNG software that has been tested and certified by an independent third-party testing laboratory. Crash and multiplier games (including Limbo) use provably fair algorithms.
8.3 Each game on the Platform publishes its applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Published RTPs are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual Player's result.
8.4 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, okaoka will use its best reasonable efforts to determine the correct game outcome from system logs. okaoka's decision on the outcome of any interrupted game round is final.
8.5 Malfunction voids all pays and plays. okaoka will not be responsible for awarding winnings arising from a demonstrable game malfunction, software bug, or configuration error.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okaoka Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.2 Self-exclusion is a serious and immediate measure. Once activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, make deposits, or receive any marketing communications from okaoka.

11.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting okaoka support via live chat. Any remaining balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
11.2 okaoka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
11.3 Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after 12 months of inactivity, as permitted by applicable law. okaoka will provide notice before applying any dormant account fee. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be held in accordance with Philippine unclaimed funds regulations.
12.1 All content on the okaoka Platform, including but not limited to the okaoka brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of okaoka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of okaoka's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okaoka's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 okaoka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.3 okaoka does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of games or services, for which okaoka shall not be liable.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okaoka's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by okaoka's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okaoka and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
15.1 okaoka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
15.2 For material amendments, okaoka will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account (SMS notification to the registered Philippine mobile number, or email where applicable) at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.3 Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
16.1 These Terms, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okaoka Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and okaoka, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through okaoka's customer support channel. Disputes may be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute." okaoka will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process above, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaints channel as the relevant regulatory authority for online gambling in the Philippines.
16.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
